Are you looking for info on the design of the tunnel itself or use of power cables within a tunnel? What size tunnel are you considering?

I'm looking for the information on the tunnel including needed facilities and the techniques for cabling in the tunnel .dimensins are apprximately 2 by 2.5 meter.

I don't know of any book that deal with this specifically. I would think the main concerns would be temperature, possible corrosive or wet environment, type of cable jacket, and means for supporting the cables.

temperature: you need to know what it is. Utility tunnels with steam pipes can be very hot, which may require derating the cable ampacity.

corrosion: personal experience tells me to stay away from exposed aluminum as it will corrode rapidly in a moist environment. I've seen aluminum cable tray in utility tunnels fall apart within 10 years. Use hot-dipped galvanized steel, stainless or non-metallic materials.

jacket: must be impervious to moisture. Don't use unjacketed C.N. cable or unjacketed CLX.

support: cable tray?
