Underground Detention "StormTrap"

I am in the process of Using a new underground detention system called "StormTrap". It is a precast concrete modular detention system. It is comming up less expensive then APS 48" pipe and about even with CMP. It almost "to go to be true" but several contractors I have called in the Chicagoland area seem to agree. Has anyone worked with this product before? Any comments would be helpful.
