Unassigned material welded to P1 Material

Hi Guys/Gals, I want to weld an unassigned material (SANS 300 WA/Boilerplate) to a P1 material (SA 106 Gr B). Do I need to qualify a PQR, or can I use a P1 PQR?

You need a specific WPS/PQR for unassigned base material. You cannnot group it as P-No 1.
