I have been searching for dimensional information for pipe fittings for black steel pipe (schedule 40).

I need info on how far a tee extends from the main pipe, length of bends, 45d, 22.5, wyes, etc, things like that.

I have been been trying to find a catalog or something online but I have not been successful.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would prefer a link if possible.

Thanks!

All great posts, thank you!

FYI, I work with insulated Chilled Water systems and some of the service pipes, which are black steel, (not including the insulation) run about 12"+. The most difficult part of what we do is determining these fittings in design and then transferring them to a 3D design program, Civil 3D for instance. There's just too much room for error especially during crunch time.

I'm trying to create parametric models for these, but am also considering purchasing a third party software.

Thanks for the help!
