UL approved disconnect for 650VDC

Everyone,

Can anyone recommend an UL approved disconnector or switch-disconnector for service entrance application, suitable to operate on a 650V DC-bus? Need sizes from 50A up to 400A.

I also look for UL approved fuse-disconnector or switch-disconnector-fuse (IEC/DIN fuses,NH type)for the same application.
