yes. with wings like an eagle, though many ammendments now.
the link is ok but i don't need to buy if somene will share a not copyrighted one.

Hi again camilopinoy,

Sorry, but the UL 2276 standard is copyrighted, you'll have to purchase a copy from UL. My company pays huge UL fees for access to the standards...

You might check (if you're in a reasonably big city) at a public library, there is a possibility that they may have a copy you could read.

Or, if there's a specific question you have regarding UL 2276, post your question here -- someone may have an answer!
