UHX-13.4 d. states that 'the designer shall consider the effect of the defections in the tube sheet design, especially when the tube sheet thickness is less than the tube diameter.

Does anyone know which section of the Code we have to use to calculate the defection and what the allowable is?

Should I use an alternate method such as Roarke instead?
Has anyone converted the stresses in the UHX formulas to deflections?

D'oh!

I need a larger monitor so that I can see when I make typos such as 'defections' instead of 'deflections'.
