UG NX rotate and Zoom Lags

Go to the Visualization Preferences and have a look at the settings over there.
On the Tab "Large Model" you can start with setting the Fixed Frame rate.
On General Graphics you should disable translucency and Line Antialiasing.
Other settings you just have to play around with.
