UG-79 minimum thickness after forming 1

Hi!

In UG-79, is the minimum thickness after forming supposed to be larger than the minimum thickness calculated?

Can the minimum thickness after forming be smaller than the one calculated?

I did not find this clear when reading the article..

Yes, the minimum thickness after forming shall be larger than the calculated minimum thickness, that's trivial. Which part of UG-79 suggested you the contrary?
