U stamp joint review team notification?

How much time is required to notify the ASME review team for "U" stamp certification renewal?

Normally ASME will advise a stamp holder more than 6 months prior to expiration of their certificate. We always submit completed forms and payment 5- 6 months prior to expiration.
Review should be scheduled no later than 2 months before expiration.

The 6 month notification and application/fee is also in-line with our National Board R-Certificate Joint Review.
