U shaped cantilever snap-fit

I am trying to calculate the maximum working deflection for a u shaped snap fit. The calcs are simple enough for a single snap leg, but a little more complex with a U shaped one. Does anyone know of a formula for working this out?

Strength of materials -> Beams -> Curved beams
