Two Part Mold Seal

I am trying to use electronic epoxy potting material in a two part mold. I am having problems finding a material that will act as a seal and not stick to the epoxy along the seam. Does anyone have any experience doing anything like this? I am currently testing a silicone rubber mold any recommendations?
