Turbine RPM not increase when going to Synchronize

We are going to synch. but our turbine speed not increase. Could you help what it happened? and what should we do for this issue?

IRstuff, your post is not helpful to the OP. Perhaps, you could offer advice to the OP on what forum might be more appropriate.

I know that before the fora were consolidated there was a forum on steam turbines, but now there is no forum specifically for steam turbines.

I would suggest forum238 as there are many VERY experienced power plant engineers in that forum.

Another choice could have been forum633, as there are a number of wind turbine questions posted there.

The steam turbine questions appear to have been moved to forum281

Your question is quite vague, and is so lacking in detail it is virtually impossible to know just what you are asking, let alone know how to answer...

OP: We are going to synch. but our turbine speed not increase.

What does this mean?

Were you not able to accelerate your turbine/generator from rest / turning gear up to somewhat below synchronous speed?

Or were you able to accelerate your turbine/generator from rest / turning gear up to somewhat below synchronous speed but then were unable to adjust speed upward to achieve synchronism?

Is synchronizing a manual or automatic operation?

Was motorized adjustment of the speeder gear not working? If not, was it possible to adjust the speeder gear by hand right at the governor? Or did you even try that?
