Hi,
I am looking for a manufacturer who can design and build a fuel gas line depressurization skid containing heat exchanger and scrubber for six Sulzer turbines.

It is for a petrolium oil field. Existing gas line, operational turbines. They just want to upgrade the system.
The project is in Libya.

Lots of engineering companies can do that. Do you have local companies that you use? Are you just looking for a process design only, a complete detailed engineering package or a complete EPC package?

There were lots of International engineering companies in Libya prior to your civil war, have they returned?

The owner is looking for complete engineering, design,startup commissioning package with testing at manufacturer's site, two weeks training at manufacturer's site, and onsite one month training.
They are asking for a complete skid.
We are contractors, we can coordinate project management and installlation in Libya plus any preliminary engineering or coordination with the owner in Libya.
