Steam turbine LP section rupture disc

I have general question. On Steam turbine LP section, I have typically seen rupture discs for the protection from the over pressurization. In a new project, ACC, Air Cooled Condenser supplier is providing Rupture discs covering the Steam turbine LP portion volume as well. In this case, can we accept steam turbine without having Rupture discs on LP casing ?
