I am planning to analyze a tunnel with 5.5 m diamtere and 30 km length for two directions: longitudinal and cross-section for earthquake loads.
It may be necessary two models one without concrete segments as linng and the second without lining.

Is it possible to use SAP2000 for this purpose?

From what information you've given, I don't see why not. As an aside, if you have access to the staged construction module in SAP, you could run your earthquake analyses on the concrete segments with and without lining all in the same analysis without having to deal with separate models.. and also do some excavation scenario analyses too.

In order to model soil behavior, I need to be able to use a Mohr-Coulomb model. I am not sure if it could be done in SAP or not. I havent checked with its manual yet but a colleague recommended to use a geotechnical software like PLAXIS.
