Tubing spec for subsea instrumentation line

How to select appropriate tubing spc for subsea application since the pressure is not only from the internal (system media) but also from external (caused by the weight of seawater)?
For example, tubing material is superduplex 2507, OD 1/4", what should the wallthickness be?
