Trouble loging in SW website

Hey guys,

any of you had trouble loging in to SolidWorks website (subscription area)? I get:

The serial number entered could not be verified for subscription support. Please check the serial number carefully and try again.

which I know it is not right.

The same for me. I have alredy login, but now it gives the same error. I e-mail customer center and I am waiting for an answer.

I finally got in when I put spaces in the serial number (every four digits, just like a credit card number)

Yup, you should enter your serial number exactly how it appears in "About SolidWorks". It's gonna take some time getting used to the new site, but so far I think I like it.
