This question concerns use of tipplers or track hoppers with use of bottom discharge wagons for transport of iron ore by rail. Can any member who has used either or both indicate, from personal experience, give an idea of their performance in respect of the following;
Reliability;
Time taken for discharging/ offloading ore;
Relative costs.
