Transparent rubber,Toy

Hi,
I heared In USA a toy with following description exist:
A liquid transparent rubber that poured in some molds(usually bug mold)and cure in a electric oven so it solified.
Could any one describe about material of this rubber ?
(I think probably silicone , but which type ?)

There are several types of clear polymers.
Urethane is a popular one.
