Transition Mesh from fine to Coarse one using

Dear all
How can i get the transition mesh like the pattern below by ABAQUS!? I get sth similar but it doesn't give me the second (which would be the third one in my model) layer like the picture!

The image above has quads only. You have quads and tets so that's one reason.
