Track Changes - NX8.0 Drafting

Hi,
I've learned how to use "Create Snapshot Data" in NX Drafting (under Track Drawing Changes, Analysis).
I still can't figure out how to use the "Track Changes" (please, open the attached picture).
Could somebody help me in this matter?
