Any experiance with the reliability of Tower mounted remote operated long range fire water monitors as protection for fires at higher elevations (>45 meters)?

Reliability isn't normally an issue for listed equipment.

I´ve seen high monitors on airports an oil storage tanks but not sure if there is something written on this.
