Solar PV mounted Carport Grounding requirement per NEC & NFPA

What is the grounding requirement per NFPA-NEC for Solar PV Panel mounted Car-port structures?
SPECIFIC QUESTIONS:
1) Do the Carport structural columns should be individually grounded with grounding conductors running
to ground rods?
2) Does the solar panels and roof mounting rails all should be bonded to grounded columns?
3) Can the existing building ground grid (ground loop) can be used to tie Carport ground rods to
building ground loop or a separate ground loop circling the Carport structure must be provided?
4) Is it necessary to provide lightning protection terminals/and lightning conductors along the
perimeter of carport roof? NFPA780?
