can any one tell me where can i find torque tightening procedure for bolts and the torque values of bolts.

Probably the best practical and most comprehensive reference is a book by John H. Bickford titled 'An Introduction To The Design And Behavior Of Bolted Joints', ISBN Number 0-8247-9297-1.
