torque loss using a swivel socket

is there a "rough" percentage of how much torque is lost when using a swivel socket versus a standard socket?

That would depend on the angle you are away from the axis of the wrench.
 
Bear in mind the non uniform velocity ratio across the joint will affect the torque. But if you mean losses due to friction etc, not much.
