Hello
The result of my topology optimization is a STL file.
I want to use that file to perform (see) again stress analysis but NX doesn't allow me to select that imported body.
How can I do it?

You will need to first convert this .stl file into a some sort of solid or surfaced model. There are 3rd party reverse engineering applications (and even some service bureaus) which can help with this step.

Thank you johnRBaker

can't you just open (import) the stl and save it as .prt. that might allow you to use it in an analysis.
apart from that NX might have an option to convert a stl to a surface/ solid model, like catia has.
