Our assembly department uses approx. 60 airtools for the manufacturing process and I want to set up a tool rotation program so that the tools are serviced after a certain number of cycles. The number of cycles between service varies from tool to tool due to tool type and usage. Can anyone help with how I can set up a system that could show when service is due and history as service is performed.
