Tolerances in expressions NX 9

I created a table in Drafting and I linked the cells to an expression. Now I have the table fill out with the values that I need but now I need that those values have tolerances I mean instead of .30 I need to have .31 - .29. Is that possible?
 
Take alook at the attached Drawing and see if this is what you're talking about.

That could work. But I just realized that the dual tolerance has to be shown in two lines
