Tolarance analysis

Well what is it you want, there is no description of what you are trying to do.

What I want is to find the worst-case tolerance for X which has a nominal value of 8.19
 
Okay so your post doesn’t mention 8.19 but I guess at 8.19 the pins will still fit in the holes, so with your holes on minimum diameter and your pins on maximum diameter workout the centre distance that the pins will still fit and then do the opposite, work out hole centre with pins on minimum diameter and holes on maximum size, this should give you the tolerances for the X dimension.

Note the end of your block is less than a 1mm from the centre of the pin hole on the right hand side of your sketch.
