Toggle ON/OFF display of dimensions in drawing

Is there a way to Toggle ON/OFF display of dimensions in drawing as in a sketch? If so, please explain.

Rajesh,

Add a layer in the drawing-name it DIMS or DIMENSIONS, then add 2D ITEM and pick the all of the dimensions.

Then turn off the DIMS layer by picking the icon of the eye with a red diagonal line through it (while in the layer window).
