I would contact any of the major suppliers
of plastics and ask for a particular spec
for what you intend to use it for. Yes
plastic is affected by moisture and with age.
Also affected by Sun ray exposure.
The manufacturers do have specs on these.
I would suggest DuPont as one. Often you will
find these listed under material magazine publications
as well. It is best to go to the source of the
material.
