tilt wall connection detail

When you guys have a beam that has to frame into a tilt wall panel joint, and you use a "bridge" type connection (one connection on each side of the joint with a steel member between), do you let one side of the bridge slip in the plane of the wall?

I know not to connect panels together for shrink/expansion problems, but we also have a continuous slab edge angle that spans between panels and ties them together. So I am not sure what good it is to have a slip connection right below the continuous floor shelf angle.

I like to slot the beam seat to wall connection on both sides of the joint. The connections are normally fairly close to the panel ends, so this is to prevent restrained shrinkage from breaking the panels.

For the same reason, continuous angles should be connected to the wall some distance away from the joint.
 
Thanks Hokie, I agree. Though the slab and deck will be continuous, the less restraint from other items the better. Its not that much more work for me or the fabricator to do a slip connection anyway...
 
Why would you need continuous angles connected to the panels if the beam is framing between the joint of the panels ?

I'm assuming no panel joints between beam centres.
