Threaded valve into socket valve

can we remove threads from valve to convert it into socket valve. if possible please share the reference code.

Since you have NPT connection valve, you may connect the valve with a threaded nipple and seal weld the connection to cover exposed threads.
 
Yes you can, if there is enough material present in the forging to leave a thick enough wall per ASME B16.11.
 
MSS SP-141, Multi-Turn and Check valve Modifications, Section 5 gives instructions on thread removal to convert to socket weld for NPS 1/2 - 2, Classes 800, 1500 and 2500.
 
I would avoid this practice if at possible, although it is done in the field more often than most engineers know. A SW x SW 3/4" carbon steel gate valve with standard trim is a shelf item from almost every supplier that you should be able to get on site in 1-2 days.

If you do go this route, you'll need to confirm you have the minimum required SW dimensions per B16.11 after modifying it (wall thickness [as GBToperhow mentioned), socket depth, & shoulder depth), likely by using RT. The cost of doing all this likely exceeds just ordering the right 3/4" gate valve.
