Hi,

I got the error of "One or more elements have become highly distorted". I have already increased the mesh and decreased the timestep. I was wondering if you have any other suggestions?

Please provide more information to suggest anything that might help in troubleshooting. The provided information is not sufficient. May be you can post a snap of model setup and stress/displacement plot.
-What is the element type?
-Is the element quality good that is whether max aspect ratio is less than 10 and other quality parameters within range?
-What is analysis type? static/transient, structural/thermal and/or implicit/explicit?
-How are you defining load step increments? What are the load magnitudes?
-How the stress/displacement plot of last converged step looks?( Is is reasonable/realistic as expected?)
