Hi nidhs,
Sorry for late reply. Below is what I found from GTAC solution center.
Support for TSV on Windows 64-bit Platform
Symptom
---------------
Support for TSV (Tolerance Stackup Validation) on Windows 64 bit platform.
Hardware/Software Configuration
Platform: INTEL
OS: WINDOW
OS Version: XP32_SP3
Family: NX
Application: DRAFTING
Function: TSV
Subfunction: ALL
Release: V7.5.2
Solution
There are no plans to support TSV on Windows 64-bit operating systems.
TSV will be retired with NX8 (NX8 being the final release). The replacement
product will be Variation Analysis (aka VSA). This will be supported on 64-bit
Windows platforms.
How to run Variation Analysis in NX
Symptom
---------------
With TSV (Quick Stack) being phased out, and the replacement product being
offered is Variation Analysis (formerly known as Vis VSA). How to run
Variation Analysis from within NX?
Hardware/Software Configuration
Platform: INTL64
OS: WINDOW
OS Version: 764SP1
Family: NX
Application: DRAFTING
Function: TSV
Subfunction: ALL
Release: V8.0
Solution
The replacement product Variation Analysis is embedded in Teamcenter
Visualization software, it does not run from within NX. Below is the workflow
for an NX user using Variation Analysis:
1. Export JT from NX data (containing PMI)
2. Start Vis Mockup (or Vis View Pro)
3. Create a new Process Document (File > New > Process Document)
4. Import JT assembly
Kind regards,
Tuw
