thin film temperature sensor array

Does anyone know of a vendor or a consultant with experience designing and building thin film temperature sensor arrays. I am potentially looking for someone to sputter a resistive material on to mylar or kapton, but I need someone experienced in the process so we can get the sensing elements right.

Any ideas / leads?
