THICKNESS OF ROTATING WHEEL

Dear All

I am designing a water turbine but I am not sure to calculate the thickness of the end plate holding the blade rows. This end plate act as a loaded rotating wheel, transmitting 300 KW at 820 Rpm. as attached.

Could anyone give the applicable formula??
