Thickness of glass for side wall in swimming pool

Does anyone know where I can find regulations/instructions to calculate the thickness of a glass which is going to be used as a side wall in a swimming pool?

I've seen both of them. The first link is good, that guy explains the process but not in detail. In the second link you have to pay to get this service. I could pay however I'm not sure how accurate results I'm going to get. Thank you for your answer!
