Thermal stress in Ansys

My problem is take the temperatures from a thermal (transit) analysis, and apply its as body loads in a stress analysis,
reading the tutorials its maybe very easy but I only have problems,
solid 45 maybe a good element?
can read the diferents loadsteps?

Im begining whit this program , please help me
