Thermal Package

I've never used mechanica's thermal package before and I need to do
some system level thermal analysis. What kind of projects have
people used it on? Thanks for any comments that you may have.

Never mind, I did some looking and it appears that Mechanica Thermal can only solve conduction problems.

It can also solve for convection and radiation boundary conditions. Did you want a fluid-flow (CFD) solver?
