Does anyone have a diagram of a Thermal Oil System that can share please? also can anyone share his opinion on the advantages over steam systems for a Power Plnat?

To a ChE, the glass is always full - 1/2 air and 1/2 water.
 
Generally speaking, thermal efficency is much better with a steam system than with thermal oil for power recovery applications. For heat energy tranfer operations, condensing steam heat transfer coeff is much better than that for hot oils.
