Thermal Analysis Giving Unexpected Results

I'm using Pro/Mechanica in integrated mode in Wildfire 2 and trying to get a handle on using thermal. I created an Al plate that is 100mm square and 10mm thick. I put a 30 watt heat load on one of th large faces and a 2W/m^2-K convective constraint on the opposite face with a bulk temp of 21C. When I run a steady state analysis I get thess than a dgree of temperature difference between the two sides of the plate and the minimum temperature rise is 21c. When I run a transient analysis with automatic intervals I get a temp of 173C which is closer to what i'd expect, but the temperature never levels off. If i force the analysis to run further out in time the temp continues to rise. Can anyone help?
