The Selected Contours on my Boss Extrude Features are changing on rebuild?

Having an issue with two Boss-Extrudes that are based on the same sketch but extruding different regions which I've explicitly selected under Selected Contours. They seem linked some way that I can't fathom, everytime I change the contours selected on one boss-extrude, the other extrude changes to match those selected contours. Any thoughts?
