SE when manually Renaming file directory hierarchy and naming conventions then presuming "Repair Missing Files or Design Manager" to re-convene the directory index, this error may occur when opening the assembly firstly with the goal of Repairing missing files and the SE "Open Save" procedure is the speculated reason why.
Open the Assembly directly from Windows Explorer and it resumes the expected course of "Repair Missing Files" and will then locate all the files in the newly organized directory index convention.
Open the Assmebly in SE File Open and it will crash SE with this logfile failure "The rollback event cannot allow saving of the active document because we could not get valid pointers."
