AutoCad 2000 Problem
text, in model space, but hidden by a view port is plotting. The drawing plot previews fine. It is only text, that is part of an external ref drawing, that plots outside the viewport area. The xref dwg was created with R14 but was recovered and saved with R2000...this action did not solve the problem. As usual the beers are on me if someone can get me outta this stinking mess.....need more whiteout soon. Thanks people

Check and see if that text is using a style that is set to a true type font

you most likely will find this so

the work around is change that style to use one of the shx files instead of ttf files

its a glitch with acad and true type fonts if everyone helps everybody the world will be a better place
