Text box under the control toolbox in Excel

I want to use the text box from the control toolbox toolbar. It seems to have different functions than the text box under the drawing toolbar. The text box in the control toolbar is not wrapping the text, and I need to find out how to make it do so. Does anyone know?

Right-click on the text box, choose "Properties", and make sure that the Word Wrap and Multiline properties are both set to "True"
