Hi All,

Has anyone used the elastic bearing stress concentration factor (Kbe) to calculate the maximum stress along the bearing plane of a single bolt tension joint. I am applying this to FRP material and I can only get these to converge on my FEA in the higher w/d and e/d range (>5). Any thoughts?

Thanks
