I need some help finding what formulae that I should use to find the difference in the maximum load cap. of a lifting lug that am testing. I know its characteristics at 70 degrees F and I need to find them for -65 degrees F. Can some body lend me a hand? I remember doing this in school, but have not had any application for it since.

Thank You,
