Hello,
I`m preparing content which includes standard elements per ASME B16.9 and sometimes manufacturer offers TEE LATERAL (Butt Welded) per ASME B16.9 but i could`t find any dimension in that ASME for it.
Are there any guidelines for calculation of dimensions? Is there any min/max length of that fitting? Because different manufacturer offer different dimension for those laterals.

That's because section 1.3 of ASME B 16.9 states that " Fabricated laterals and other fittings employing circumferential or intersection welds are considered pipe fabrication and are not within the scope of this Standard."

Hence all vendors will offer something different based on wall thickness, material, pressure rating etc etc.

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way

In that case they should write that DIMENSIONS are acc. to manufacturer calculation and those fittings meet requirements to ASME B16.9 ... Am I right?

No. It's got nothing to do with 16.9 as it is made clear that these types of fitting are not within the scope of the standard, but a manufacturer specific calculation and dimensions.

GREEEG,
Manufacturer should not be stating that the lateral tee is in accordance with ASME B16.9 because as BigInch so rightly states it is not. Has the Manufacturer performed proof tests to demonstrate its pressure capability?
